We create beautiful yard designs by combining seasonal color, perennials, landscaping, and maintenance. Seasonal color is the fastest, least expensive way to make a property feel cared for — a front entry with a full bed of annuals reads as a well-kept home from the street.

We plan color in rotations rather than one-time plantings: cool-season material in spring, heat-tolerant annuals for the long Kansas summer, then mums, ornamental cabbage and fall texture as the season turns. Each changeover includes pulling the spent material and refreshing the soil.

Perennial plantings do the long-term work underneath that color. We select and place perennials for bloom sequence, mature size and light conditions so something is always in flower and the bed still has structure after the annuals are gone.

Our specialty is mixing non-native and native plants to make a landscape that meets your needs and fits the ecology of our area. Native perennials and grasses are tougher through drought and cold and bring pollinators into the yard, and they mix comfortably with the classic ornamentals most homeowners already love.
